Councilmember Liu Sends Letter of Concern on Bowerman Landfill

Following a recent South Coast Air Quality Management District report and receiving resident feedback, Councilmember Liu sent a letter to OC Waste and Management Director Tom Koutroulis, for immediate action to address concerns and violations from the Frank R. Bowerman landfill.
